Standard fees for a services company with foreign individual partners in Rio Grande do Sul. Corporate partners, regulated activities, other states, higher transaction volumes and immigration services are quoted individually. Professional fees are fixed per scope and stated in the proposal. Government fees, notary and apostille costs abroad, sworn translations, bank charges and immigration fees are passed through at cost, with estimates provided upfront.
What determines your quote
We would rather explain the variables than publish a headline price that quietly grows. These are the factors that move a proposal up or down.
Owner type
Individual owners are simpler than corporate owners, which require certified constitutional documents, a CNPJ for the parent and additional Central Bank registrations.
Number of owners
Each foreign partner needs a CPF, a power of attorney, apostilles and translations. Costs scale with headcount.
Activity and licences
Services companies are the fastest. Trading, manufacturing, health, financial and other regulated activities require additional enrolments or licences.
State and city
Our default is Rio Grande do Sul, where the firm is based and where our registered address is located. Other states have different fees, timelines and requirements.
Transaction volume
Monthly compliance plans are scaled to invoices, bank transactions and employees, and reviewed every twelve months.
Urgency
Ready-made companies and expedited filings are available when the calendar leaves no room for a standard incorporation.
Available with any package, or on their own
Ready-made company
Operate within days with a pre-registered, audited entity.
Trademark registration
Search, filing and prosecution with the Brazilian PTO (INPI).
Import/export licence
RADAR enrolment with Customs and foreign trade set-up.
Shareholders' agreement
Governance, vesting, transfer restrictions and exit terms.
Employment set-up
Contracts, executive packages, contractor arrangements and HR policies.
LGPD data protection
Privacy programme, policies and data protection officer support.
Regulatory licences
Health, financial, telecoms, energy, food and education permits.
Regularisation
Fixing companies formed elsewhere: missing Central Bank registrations, lapsed filings, inactive CNPJs.
How we work with you
Written proposal
Scope, fees, third-party cost estimates, timeline and responsibilities, in English, within one business day of the structuring call.
Staged invoicing
Fees are invoiced by milestone, not upfront in full. Third-party costs are invoiced at cost with receipts.
Formal engagement
Every client signs an engagement letter with ABDO Advogados, bringing the professional confidentiality rules applicable to Brazilian attorneys and the OAB Code of Ethics to the relationship.
Fixed fees, in writing, within one business day
Tell us about the owners, the activity and the timing. We will recommend a package and send a proposal.
